The European Commission published a checklist to measure the protection of diversity at work. This operational tool was created within a project aimed at supporting diversity management at the enterprise level and in a broader sense in the workplace.
The checklist is a document ready to be used to review business practices and evaluate them in terms of equity and respect for diversity. It consists of several sections targeted both to beginners and to champions of diversity. The sets of instruments are grouped into three chapters, which can be used for the assessment, planning and implementing of diversity management practices in daily business.
