The OICS, an INTER-REGIONAL COOPERATION DEVELOPMENT OBSERVATORY based in Italy, is in charge to create a "roster of experts", from which theIPA managing authority will select the consultants for the evaluation of strategic projects of the CBC IPA Adriatic 2007 - 2013.

The IPA managing authority issued a call for expert that details the requirements to participate, which are:  being graduate (at least Masters'), knowledge of English (at least at level C1) and have at least 3 years of work experience in one of the areas covered by the program IPA CBC Adriatic.

To participate in the selection is necessary to submit an application and a detailed CV.
