The Italian Ministry of the Interior, which is the Responsible Authority of the fund EIF, has published a call for project proposals addressed to local prefectures in the framework of the Annual Plan of the European Fund for the Integration of third country nationals (EIF) 2011 - Action 8 "Capacity Building" - with the aim to improve local governance initiative for social inclusion of non-nationals and enable targeted and innovative services.

The project proposals may be submitted from the 15th of June 2012 until the 16th of July 2012.
