The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, in cooperation with the National Social Security Institute and the National Institute for Statistics, has issued the second report on social cohesion, which is mainly addressed to policy makers and aims at representing the current socio-economical situation of the country.

The document includes an introduction to the standards necessary to identify the Italian social and economical status and its collocation at European level, as well as statistical data.
